The great motivator!
There are those who do their job, and then there are those who go above and beyond the call of duty. Voltas started the R&R Initiative in March 2016 for these people as a commendation of all the hard work they have put in, and the results that they have been able to achieve. This Special Praise on Time (SPOT) Recognition Initiative was received very positively among employees across locations.
Appreciation Card Templates are also mailed to recipients. Weekly Mailers published across the Voltas Board highlights the achiever, the achievement and the appreciator.
